Gangotri Glacier also identified as Gaumukh is to be found in Uttarkashi District. Gaumukh is the source of the River Ganges. The Gaumukh glacier is about 30 kilometers long and 2 to 4 km broad. Around the glacier are the peaks of the Gangotri Group. The huge Gaumukh glacier, which somewhat resembles the mouth of a cow. (Gau-mukh implies the cow’s mouth in Hindi). Further up from Gaumukh is Tapovan, a trekker’s heaven and base for many challenging mountaineering journeys
Day 1:Delhi- Haridwar (220 kms)
Pick up from Delhi Airport and transfer to Haridwar, On arrival, check-in at the hotel. In evening, visit Har Ki Pauri. Participate in divine Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri & take holi dip in the river Ganga. After that visit local market near the place than back to the hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 2: Haridwar – Barkot (210kms/7-8hr) HT : 1352 MTS.
After breakfast proceed to Barkot via Mussoorie. En route visit Kempty fall. Upon arrival check in into the hotel, rest of the day is at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel at Barkot.
No activities Reach Barkot and have proper rest. Acclimatize your mind and body to start a trek to Yamnotri from JanakiChatti. Once you reach Yamnotri.
Day 3: Barkot – Yamunotri- Barkot (42 Kms & 5 Kms Trek) Each side:-
Morning leave for Janki Chatti via Hanuman Chatti & Fool Chatti. On arrival Janki Chatti start Trek of 06 kms for Yamunotri, On Arrive Yamunotri Holi Dip in Garam Kund, than Pooja and Darshan of Shree Yamunotri Ji, and near by temples after Darshan and Pooja, afternoon start trek back to Janki Chatti on arrival Janki Chatti meet with driver and drive back to Barkot. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 04: Barkot – Uttarkashi (100kms/4hr) HT :1158 MTS.
Drive to Uttarkashi. Visit Vishwanath Temple & Others. Check in Hotel. Rest day at leisure. Night Halt.
Day 05: Uttarkashi – Gangotri
With packed breakfast & post Tea/ Coffee leave for Gangotri early in the morning. Offering prayers & pooja darshan, later drive back to Uttarkashi , en route visit Gangnani. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Day 06: Gangotri – Bhojvasa (14 kms. Trek)
Morning start trek to Bhojvas via Chirvasa. On arrival Check in at Tent or Guest House. Overnight stay in Bhojvasa.
Day 07: Bhojvasa – Gaumukh – Bhojvasa (05 Kms Trek One Way)
Morning start trek to Gaumukh. On arrival Gaumukh explore Gaumukh. Than trek down to Bhojvasa. Overnight stay in Bhojvasa.

Morning trek down to Gangotri. Upon arrival Gangotri meet to driver and drive to Uttarkashi. On arrival Check in at Hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 09: Uttarkashi – Rudraprayag/sitapur (250 Kms/ 8-9 hrs)
Leave very early in the morning for almost day long drive to Rudraprayag. On your drive you would pass through Ganga giving way to Tehri Dam (The Hydro Electric Project). Overnight stay in the hotel at Rudraprayag/sitapur.
Day 10 Sitapur -Gaurikund – Kedarnath (Stay in Kedarnath in Govt provided tents)
Morning drive to Gaurikund (16 kms drive-one way). On arrival Gauri kund start your journey on the tough trek ahead. On arrival Kedarnath freshening up, perform Pooja and also Darshan at Shri Kedarnathji. Stay at Kedarnath Ji in Govt provided camps or huts on your own. Its free arrangement by the government and will be booked directly by the visitors on spot as per availability. However we will provide our local assistance for the same.
Day 11: Trek down to Gaurikund- Sitapur for Halt & rest. (Today whole day for rest) and leisure time for local S/S.
Early Morning trek down for Gaurikund. Then drive back to Rudraprayag. We have this day leisure for relax for those who have trekked Kedarnath Ji yesterday. Next day we can proceed to Shri Badrinath Ji Yatra from Rudraprayag. However those are feeling better they can make small excursions to some beautiful and most famous sights of Rudraprayag surrounding. Overnight stay in Rudraprayag/sitapur.
Day 12: Sitapur –ukhimath-Kalimath-Chopta -Joshimath (220 kms / 07-08 hrs)
Morning after breakfast proceed to Joshimath via Chopta, (Narsimha Temple, Sankaracharaya Math) .
Day 13: Joshimath – Badrinath –(50 Kms/)
Morning after breakfast proceed to Badrinath via Govindghat and Pandukeshwar, (Narsimha Temple, Sankaracharaya Math) Badrinath. Evening Darshan & Pooja at Badrinath temple. Overnight stay at Badrinath.
Day 14: Badrinath – Joshimath (50 Km)
Morning after breakfast,check-out from the hotel & transfer to Joshimath. En-route visit of Narsimha Temple Joshimath & Bhavishya badri Teample (6 Km Trek) . Later transfer to Joshimath for Dinner & Overnight stay.
Day 15: Joshimath-Rudraprayag (160 Kms)
Morning after breakfast, check-out from the hotel & transfer to Rudraprayag(Sangam of alaknanda and Mandakini).Enroute Visit Nand Prayag, Karan Prayag, Adi badri(17 Kms from Karan Prayag)
Day 16: Rudraprayag – DevPrayag-Risikesh-Haridwar(170 Kms)
